Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Kilo PT Studio website at kiloptstudio.com.au (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Site. Kilo PT Studio (“Kilo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

About our services

Kilo operates a private, by-appointment personal training studio located at 457 Church St, Richmond VIC 3121, Australia. Through this Site, we provide information about our studio and services, including studio space hire for personal trainers and personal trainer matching for clients. The Site also provides a contact form to submit enquiries.

Use of the website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party
• Involve the transmission of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use any automated system, including bots or scrapers, to access the Site without our written permission

Enquiries and communications

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding agreement for services. All arrangements for studio space hire or personal training are subject to separate agreements made directly between you and Kilo, or between you and an independent personal trainer operating from our studio.

Personal trainers

Personal trainers who operate from the Kilo studio are independent professionals. They are not employees or agents of Kilo. While we may facilitate introductions between clients and trainers, Kilo is not a party to any agreement between a client and a personal trainer. We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or outcomes of any training services provided by independent trainers.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, design, and layout, is the property of Kilo PT Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

Third-party content and links

The Site may contain content provided by third parties, including customer reviews displayed via the Elfsight platform and embedded Google Maps. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Any links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties
